Liana De La Noval is an associate at Marko & Magolnick, P.A. She practices in all areas of general litigation, including real estate matters, defamation cases, commercial litigation, and complex business litigation.
Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2012, Ms. De La Noval received her juris doctorate from Florida International University, College of Law. While in law school she worked at a local pretrial diversion program in Miami-Dade and interned at the Law Offices of the Public Defender in Miami-Dade. Ms. De La Noval received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Certificate in Law, Ethics and Society from Florida International University in 2004, where she was placed on the Dean’s List for most semesters.
Ms. De La Noval has experience in the areas of condominium law, real estate law, residential foreclosures, first party insurance litigation, and negligence claims. Prior to joining Marko & Magolnick, P.A. Ms. De La Noval handled numerous foreclosure matters and attended hearings, depositions, mediations and trials throughout the state of Florida.
Mr. De La Noval was born in Havana, Cuba, and moved to Miami in 1995. She is fluent in Spanish.
Ms. De La Noval is a co-chair of the Membership Committee for the Miami Dade chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
